how to get a 48% increase in your REM sleep…

As many of you know, I’ve been fascinated by the work of a company called Hapbee that has created digital nootropic devices.

how to get a 48% increase in your REM sleep...

It’s simple: You put the wearable device around your neck, or place the smart sleep pad under your pillow, pick a signal on the accompanying phone app, and let it project non-ionizing, low-energy EMF signals to your brain and body.

I notice a near-immediate effect—and Hapbee’s internal testing indicates that most people feel it within 10-20 minutes.

Hapbee’s smart technology replicates the unique magnetic signatures of popular mood-changing ingredients like caffeine, CBD, and melatonin. Your Hapbee device plays those signatures back, telling your body to activate the effects of the products without you having to ingest them. A chemical-free technology solution. Pretty cool, right?

Hapbee uses science-backed technology to help users enhance three areas of well-being: sleep, performance (productivity, focus, and creativity), and mood (reduce anxiety and feel calm). The most common use case is sleep. Many of Hapbee’s customer claim that their sleepless nights are a thing of the past and they now have better sleep quality, and more energy throughout the day.

You may rightly question the placebo effects of devices like this, and I don’t blame you. However, Hapbee has done extensive testing to “prove” that the device works. A recent study of the effects of Hapbee ULRE (Ultra Low Radiofrequency Energy) with Oura Ring users showed some users seeing 17% improvements in their sleep scores and as much as 48% increases in REM scores.

Now, that’s impressive!

I typically use the Hapbee by hanging it around my neck, and in the app turning on my very own Daily Meditation by Ben Routine, and getting into a deep relaxation state for my afternoon naps or meditation sessions. Then, I like to use my In The Zone by Ben routine to get me into a top-performance right frame of mind quickly and stay focused all the way through. I also like to place a Hapbee under my pillow at night and play the Deep Sleep mode for a restful and rejuvenating sleep at night.

So, whether you’re looking for a creative boost, sharpened focus, or a night of deep sleep, just put it on, choose your signals, and experience a change to your state of being within 20 minutes.
